Add marks subject by subject to get your total and percentage, count only your best subjects, or find the marks you need in a remaining paper.

Marks by subject

–Percentage
–Total (0 subjects)

What do I need in the remaining paper?

General percentage arithmetic only. Colleges set their own rules for which subjects count, rounding and the minimum marks, so confirm in the admission notice. The result is not an eligibility decision. Use the Eligibility Checker for typical programme requirements.

Questions about the Percentage Calculator

How is the percentage calculated?

Total marks obtained divided by total maximum marks, multiplied by 100. With a best-subjects option, only those subjects are counted.

Will my college calculate it the same way?

Not always. Colleges choose which subjects count, how to round, and the minimum marks, so follow the rule in the admission notice.

How does the target planner work?

It finds the marks you need in the remaining paper so that your overall percentage reaches the target, and tells you if that is not possible.

Is my information saved or sent anywhere?

No. The tool runs in your browser and the numbers you type are not sent to our servers.
