Questions about the CGPA Calculator

How do I convert CGPA to percentage?

Multiply the CGPA by the factor your university publishes. CBSE uses 9.5. Other universities use their own formula, and some use a different one, so check yours.

Should I enter credits?

Enter them if your university weights each semester by credits. Leave them empty if every semester counts equally.

Is the converted percentage official?

No. It is an estimate for planning. For an official equivalence, use the certificate or formula your target college accepts.

Is my information saved or sent anywhere?

No. The tool runs in your browser and the numbers you type are not sent to our servers.
