Getting ready with your admit card

The admit card is your entry pass. It carries your roll number, the exam date and shift, the reporting time and the full address of your centre. Print it clearly and check every detail the moment you download it.

If your name, photograph, category or exam centre looks wrong, contact the conducting body immediately through the helpline or email on the card. Corrections are much easier before exam day than at the gate.

Most exams also ask for one original photo ID. Carry the same ID whose number you entered in the application, plus the printed card.

  • Visit the centre location a day earlier if it is in an unfamiliar area.
  • Reach at least 60 minutes before the reporting time.
  • Do not carry mobile phones, smartwatches or notes into the hall.
