State Bank of India has published advertisement CRPD/SCO/2026-27/29 for Assistant Manager (Engineer - Fire) in JMGS-I. The advertisement shows 17 regular vacancies (2 SC, 1 ST, 1 OBC, 1 EWS and 11 unreserved, plus a backlog post for ST). Candidates may be posted anywhere in India and must be medically fit.
The candidate must be 21 to 40 years old as on 31 October 2026. Accepted degrees include B.E. (Fire) from NFSC Nagpur, B.E./B.Tech in Safety and Fire Engineering or Fire Technology and Safety Engineering, or an equivalent four-year fire safety degree, along with 2 years of experience in fire safety. Graduate members of the Institution of Fire Engineers or Divisional Officers course holders from NFSC need 3 years as Station Officer or in a similar role.
