State Bank of India has made the online main exam call letter available for the Junior Associates (Customer Support and Sales) special recruitment drive, advertisement CRPD/CR/SPLDRIVE/2026-27/16. The main exam is scheduled for 29 October 2026, and the call letter is downloaded from the link on the SBI careers page.
The paper has four timed tests: General/Financial Awareness (50 questions, 50 marks, 35 minutes), General English (40 questions, 40 marks, 35 minutes), Quantitative Aptitude (50 questions, 50 marks, 45 minutes) and Reasoning Ability and Computer Aptitude (50 questions, 60 marks, 45 minutes). In total that is 190 questions, 200 marks and 2 hours 40 minutes, and each test is timed separately.
A wrong answer costs one-fourth of the marks for that question. Candidates should reach the venue 15 minutes before the reporting time and carry the printed call letter with a photograph, the photo ID in original with a photocopy, and the stamped call letter and ID copy from the preliminary exam. Biometric and iris capture is done at the venue. Always confirm the final details in the official notification.
