Details

UPSC published the written result on 9 October 2026 for the exam it held on 13 September 2026. The result is a list of roll numbers of candidates who qualified for the Services Selection Board interview, for the Army, Navy and Air Force wings of the 158th NDA course and the 120th Indian Naval Academy course, which begin on 1 July 2027. The list is provisional.

Qualified candidates must register on the Indian Army recruiting website, joinindianarmy.nic.in, within two weeks of the announcement, unless they already registered earlier. Selection centres and SSB dates are then sent to the registered e-mail ID. Original age and education certificates go to the SSB at the interview and must not be sent to UPSC.

Marks and cut-off marks will be put on the UPSC website only after the whole process ends with the final result, and will stay for thirty days. UPSC has a facilitation counter at its campus (working days, 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM) and a candidate helpdesk on 011-24041001 and 011-40303444 (9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, all days). For SSB queries the Army number is 011-26175473.
