Details
The Staff Selection Commission published the final result of the CHSL Examination 2025 on 7 October 2026. It follows the first round of tentative allocation announced on 17 August 2026 and the identity verification (sliding) process held from 1 to 3 September 2026.
Out of 3,522 vacancies, 3,515 candidates have been provisionally shortlisted. Of them, 2,260 chose the Fix option, 927 chose Float, and 328 got new allocations against seats left empty by candidates who did not attend the verification. The notice also lists post-wise and category-wise cut-off marks of the last selected candidate. The result of 3 candidates has been withheld.
Document verification and appointment formalities will now be handled by the department where a candidate has been allocated. If no letter arrives within six months, the candidate should contact that department, not SSC. No reserve list is prepared; unfilled vacancies are carried forward by departments. Final answer keys and detailed marks will be uploaded later. Always confirm the final details in the official notification.
