The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) are recruiting for 3,548 graduate-level Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) posts under CEN 06/2026: Goods Train Manager (2,750), Senior Clerk cum Typist (371), Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist (300) and Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor (127).
You need a bachelor's degree from a recognised university; the clerk and accounts posts also need the prescribed typing skill in English or Hindi. The age limit is 18 to 33 years on 1 January 2027, with relaxation for OBC-NCL (up to 36) and SC/ST (up to 38).
The fee is Rs 500 for General and OBC candidates and Rs 250 for SC, ST, ex-servicemen, persons with benchmark disabilities, women, transgender, minority and EBC candidates. A part of the fee is refunded to candidates who appear in CBT 1.
Selection has two computer-based tests, then document verification and a medical examination. CBT 1 has 100 questions (General Awareness 40, Mathematics 30, Reasoning 30) in 90 minutes, and CBT 2 has 120 questions in 90 minutes; both carry one-third negative marking. CBT 1 is tentatively planned for the fourth week of December 2026. Details are from secondary reports, so confirm them in the official notice.

- Pay the fee by 8 November 2026 and submit before 11:59 pm on 6 November.
