Details

Seats in the IITs, NITs, IIITs and other centrally funded technical institutes are all given out through one shared counselling run by JoSAA. You register, fill choices in order of preference, get a seat in each round and then freeze, float or slide.

Your rank and the choice order decide the seat, so list real preferences carefully. Always confirm the final details in the official notification.

How to apply

  1. Register and lock your choices.
  2. Check the seat allotment of each round.
  3. Pay the seat acceptance fee and report with documents.
