CTET 2021: CTET examinations are being carried out to recruit candidates for teaching profiles throughout the country. What is CTET?

The eligibility test of the middle teacher (CTET) is another national-level teacher feasibility test held and managed by the Secondary Education Council. CTET is held twice a year giving the maximum number of candidates the opportunity to start their careers in the teaching profession for class I to VIII. The candidates must meet the feasibility criteria to be chosen for the selection procedure and this includes a minimum age of 17 years with a secondary or postgraduate degree which is equivalent (depending on posts that apply) from a recognized institution. CTET is a two-stage examination pattern attended by interviews and round certification to complete selection procedures for teachers in government schools throughout the country.
